ok...so it's like 2:30 a.m. and i'm just getting ready to shut it down, but i thought i would say hey to the blog-i-verse for just a hot second. i've been steeped deep in the directorial process for "Sho' 'Nuff Nativity." check the site at www.shonuffnativity.com. it'll soon have some headshots and stuff up. i tell you, we got the jump this year on prep time for the performance and thank GOD for that. it's a big booger.
we sang some new songs Sunday night and it went surprisingly well. we've been slowly working through the show, and i know that i'll be really excited to see it up and running. i hope many of you who read up on me from time to time will come to town to see the show, or look for it on the airwaves. send a prayer up for us to get a decent distribution deal so that we can rock and roll into your living room.
my body's tired, but i've been trying to exercise and lose a little weight, tighten up some areas here and there. what ya'll know about those spare tires!!! my daughter tried to get me to stop at the Krispy Kreme, 'cuz the hot donuts sign was on--NADA!!! i would've been insane to do that.
but i'm doing okay. aside from a little fatigue, i can't complain. we're gonna press on this week and then get into the dance movements, which should be a lot of fun. our Performing ARTs Academy Kids performed at a pageant this weekend and they turned it OUT!! i'm SO proud of our now year-round Academy kids. they are the best!
